Over the past nine years we have helped Hitachi USA communicate their highly complex offering of incredible products and services through video, animated infographics, social content and trade show experiences. Working closely with their subject matter experts, our strategy and creative teams translate critical product functionality into engaging, easy to understand, educational content. Fort Franklin’s ability to create custom audiences of key decision makers in specific industries ensures our content will be seen by the right people at the right time. Our agile process is especially powerful for business-to-business communication, enabling constant industry specific message iteration as the market shifts daily. We have worked on every line of business within Hitachi USA, including industrial products for social infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, transportation and mobility, energy solutions, IT infrastructure, and scientific research / laboratory equipment.

The above image was created to promote the US introduction of Hitachi’s advanced medical imaging data cloud. This technology improves the daily reading speed for imaging by first line doctors and provides online access and secure back-up to the hospitals historical image data base. It ran on social platforms during the 4th of July holiday week with the following post copy:

With innovations in medical imaging technology, Hitachi is helping keep Americans healthy and free to pursue their happiness. #4thOfJuly

Our 3D animation team became exceptionally good at telling Hitachi stories, this one was told during the weeks leading up to the Indy 500.

Most of our work with Hitachi is with their Social Innovation Group. Their mission is “Powering Good”, and they believe that when we come together and think on a global scale, we can improve the quality of life across the world, create an environmentally conscious society and help their partners raise corporate value. What’s remarkable, is that when you create products and services under this mission, everything from making truck repairs more efficient to proton beam cancer therapy to building a better power grid contributes to Social Innovation.

We found tremendous engagement and knowledge retention with animated click through infographics. The above illustrates the patient journey and all the Hitachi technology they might encounter during a visit to the doctor. (Click Dr. image for video demo.)

This Smart Cities animated click through infographic demonstrates all of Hitachi’s innovative solutions for cities, towns, and municipalities, from security and public safety to transportation and retail. This effort was also used for interactive touch screen displays inside of Hitachi’s booth at CES. (Click the play button for a video demo)

Hitachi created the world's first tabletop electron microscope that is as easy to operate as your digital camera. Our job was to engage and educate technology directors at schools, universities, and start-up laboratories. We created animated infographics and videos that featured a wide variety of industries that are using the TM3030plus to fuel their innovation.
