Over the past nine years we have helped Hitachi USA communicate their highly complex offering of incredible products and services through video, animated infographics, social content and trade show experiences. Working closely with their subject matter experts, our strategy and creative teams translate critical product functionality into engaging, easy to understand, educational content. Fort Franklin’s ability to create custom audiences of key decision makers in specific industries ensures our content will be seen by the right people at the right time. Our agile process is especially powerful for business-to-business communication, enabling constant industry specific message iteration as the market shifts daily. We have worked on every line of business within Hitachi USA, including industrial products for social infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, transportation and mobility, energy solutions, IT infrastructure, and scientific research / laboratory equipment.

Most of our work with Hitachi is with their Social Innovation Group. Their mission is “Powering Good”, and they believe that when we come together and think on a global scale, we can improve the quality of life across the world, create an environmentally conscious society and help their partners raise corporate value. What’s remarkable, is that when you create products and services under this mission, everything from making truck repairs more efficient to proton beam cancer therapy to building a better power grid contributes to Social Innovation.
